There was this island in Zambales where you can find peace. But its not an island actually its a part of mainland Zambales, but there'ss no road to go there so.. the only transportation is a boat. so the people named it "Isla". This isla also known As "Talisayin" was a former testing site of American navy weapons. But after the Mt.Pinatubo eruption back in 91 American leave the area for good..well good for us Filipinos we can now enjoy 1 of 7,100 islands of the Philippines.
The place was so great! they called it Boracay of the north, Also its like the virgin islands in the movie Jurassic Park also known as Isla Sorna..but theres no dinosaurs in there hehehe! Only peace you can find in there. The locals was very hospitable to the visitors coming to there island, they teach me to get some seaweeds 20 feet below..and that experience taught me a lot things, i learned that it is very difficult to get food in an island specially if you are not well trained in diving or fishing..well that's the life in an island exciting yet relaxing.
